Pacific Coastal Airlines Expands Service with New Route Between Victoria and Kamloops
Richmond, BC – Pacific Coastal Airlines is excited to announce the launch of a new route between Victoria and Kamloops. This expansion reaffirms the airline’s dedication to fostering community connections and delivering seamless travel experiences for passengers throughout British Columbia.
Starting Tuesday, October 17, 2023, Pacific Coastal Airlines will offer six weekly non-stop flights between Victoria International Airport (YYJ) and Kamloops Airport (YKA). The new route will be operated with the comfortable Beechcraft 1900 aircraft, providing passengers with a pleasant and efficient travel experience.

The Victoria – Kamloops route will operate from Sunday to Friday. The service will be available on a seasonal basis, providing travellers with convenient access between these two vibrant cities between October 17, 2023 and April 26, 2024
“As the exclusive airline offering non-stop flights between Victoria and Kamloops we aim to improve customers travel experience by avoiding the hassle of layovers or time-consuming connections,” said Johnathan Richardson, VP of Customer & Commercial. “Kamloops will become Pacific Coastal Airlines fourth destination served with non-stop flights from Victoria in addition to our Vancouver, Kelowna and Prince George flights. Although our initial service to Kamloops is planned as a seasonal winter route, we will be monitoring the route’s performance and will extend to year-round service if demand warrants.”

The inaugural flight for the Victoria – Kamloops route will take place on October 17, 2023, marking the beginning of this exciting service.
