For us, accessibility and inclusion are about making our airport Better for Everybody.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Accessibility Plan serves as a roadmap for creating and maintaining an accessible airport experience for every passenger, employee, and visitor. The plan has been developed in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act<\/em> and its regulations, as well as the Canada Transportation Act (CTA)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This Accessibility Plan outlines the actions we will take to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility. It includes both short- and long-term commitments designed to support continuous improvement. To keep our community informed, we will publish annual progress reports over the life of the plan.<\/p>\n

The plan addresses the airport’s policies, programs, practices, and services related to accessibility and focuses on the following seven priority areas:<\/p>\n

  • Information and communication technologies (ICT)<\/li>\n
  • Communication, other than ICT<\/li>\n
  • Design and delivery of programs and services<\/li>\n
